Powder color feeder
- Color Powder Feeder is special‑purpose plastic auxiliary machine for metering powder pigment, carbon black and powder additives. Equipped with twin‑screw and built‑in agitator to avoid powder bridging and blockage. It automatically doses color powder into virgin plastic material at preset ratio, replacing manual pre‑mixing. It reduces color deviation and powder dust pollution. It can be directly matched with injection molding machine, extruder and pelletizing line.
Two types available: volumetric type and loss‑in‑weight gravimetric type. Gravimetric version provides higher accuracy for strict coloring requirements.Working PrincipleServo / stepper motor drives precision twin metering screw. Built‑in agitator inside hopper breaks compacted powder to prevent bridging. Color powder is fed into main material stream at set proportion and mixed with plastic pellets before entering machine barrel. The feeder can receive sync signal from main machine and adjust feeding speed accordingly.Main Features
