Euro hopper dryer
- Hopper Dryer is essential auxiliary equipment for plastic processing. It dries moisture-absorbing plastic pellets such as PET, PA, PC at constant temperature to remove internal water content. It effectively eliminates common defects including air bubbles, silver streaks, water marks and cracking on finished plastic products, ensuring stable appearance and mechanical strength. Adopting closed hot air circulation design, it achieves high heat utilization and lower power consumption.Working Principle
Heating tubes generate hot air, and the fan circulates hot air evenly inside the stainless steel hopper to evaporate moisture from plastic pellets. The temperature controller maintains stable heating temperature, and dried raw materials directly feed into the barrel of molding machines.
